Arielle was absolutely incredible to work with. She made the process stress free and super easy. From the home buyers course through to closing, I felt like she truly wanted to get us into a home that would fit us, she wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. She had our back and answered any and all of our silly questions. I would recommend Arielle to anyone looking to buy a new home. We cannot thank her enough. We will 100% retain her services for any future real estate transaction!

Ashley is amazing to work with. This is my second time working with her. She helped with the sale of my home a few years ago. When I was finally ready to find something to call my own she was on top of it. She heard my wants, my needs, she took my vision for a home and really ran with it. She always kept in mind the needs and the functionality of the homes we saw. She kept in mind what area of town I wanted to be in. She was prompt when new listings came up, but also thoughtful of our time by multiple viewings in a day. That really helped make keep our time useful. When we found “the one” she was great with the negotiations. I’ve got a strong background in real estate and mortgage and she helped make the negotiations happen and get the deal closed! She was always available via phone, email or text. She surprised me with a home warranty at closing! I will work with Ashley again in the future and tell all my friends and family about her!

If I am to be completely honest as I always am. Id have to share my experience with Kevin was truly remarkable. From the moment we first spoke 11-22-25 until yesterday when we closed Im convinced that his sole focus was taking my every concern, question, explanation, new idea, insecurity and ultimately my choices as his 100% top priority. I've lived in an extremely upscale neighborhood in Southwest Los Angeles most of my adult life. I therefore understand obsequiousness. But somehow Kevin dodged those stereotypes completely. Coming from an extremely high stress business background that I've been in for over 30 years he was able to simplify things and earn my trust not from talking but from listening and applying my concerns to our mutual goal. There were several roadblocks from the seller which Kevin expertly overcame in real-time. End result I got exactly what I wanted and then some. If this guy sends me a box of business cards I'll have out in no time. Can't thank you enough my friend! Until next time.

Arielle is amazing! She is patient, she listened to my needs and wants. I never felt pressured. She was always available whenever I needed her. She is also incredibly informative with not only homes, but all the crazy stuff you might not think about, like sewer lines, asbestos, etc. I would use her again and 100% recommend her to family, friends, strangers, anyone looking for a house. Then to be out of state as your navigating probate is very stressful. Arielle made our journey so smooth and less stressful. We tried the home buying process a few years ago and did the first time home buyers course led by Arielle and we just knew we wanted to do business with her when it came time to actually buying a house now in 2025. Arielle made everything so easy and understandable, she was open and honest about everything we experienced along the way. We put offers in on 3 houses total and the first 2 we weren't accepted, but Arielle maintained her positive attitude and it really helped us keep going and not give up. We are so thankful to have met Arielle and had her helping us through this process. You can tell she knows the ins and outs of her job and if she doesn't know something she's not afraid to call someone who does to get you the real answers. I've heard some horror stories about other realtor experiences and home buying experiences and I just know Arielle and Skyview are not in that mess. When we found the right house and clicked on the Zillow link, Kevin was fast to respond. He showed us the house and stayed late to write up an offer.
